研究方向:
主要从事生物信息学相关研究工作,特别是与非编码基因以及生物复杂网络相关的研究工作。围绕云南省丰富的药用植物和经济植物资源展开,基于高通量测序数据分析结合分子生物学实验的非模式植物功能基因组研究。
